So they descend with them to that location, and they become scented by the fragrance of the place—an aroma more pleasant than the most pungent musk—and then they ascend."

[105] It is narrated that our Master The Messenger, Mighty is His Might, said: "No group gathers to remember Allah and His Messenger except that a caller cries out from the heavens: 'Rise, for you are forgiven; your evil deeds have been exchanged for good deeds!'"

[106] It is narrated from Al-Mufaddal ibn 'Umar (peace be upon him) that he said: "When the believers sit to discourse upon the Prophetic Sciences (Al-'Ulum al-Nabawiyyah) and deliberate upon the Oneness of Allah and His Parabolic and Essential Manifestations (Zuhuratihi al-Mithliyyah wa al-Dhatiyyah), they are surrounded by the spiritual, wandering, listening, and seeking-forgiveness angels.

These angels listen to their speech and beautify their words; if they supplicate, the angels supplicate with them, and if they glorify [Allah], the angels glorify with them. When the spiritual, wandering, listening, and seeking-forgiveness angels desire to depart from them, they say to one another: 'Come, let us pray for them, that Allah may deliver them from these Corporeal Shirts
