Likewise, the Two Ears: if one hears through them the backbiting of a believer, Allah shall strike him deaf. The same applies if his Hands and Feet [act wrongfully] against a believer.

Therefore, it is incumbent upon you and your brothers to return unto Allah and to maintain Excellence of Speech (Husn al-Nutq); for Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, manifests through the faculties of speech, silence, hearing, the hand, and the foot.

Understand this well, and look after your brothers by night and by day; for just as you have given, so shall you receive, and as you give, so shall it be. Exert your utmost effort in being dutiful (birr) to your brothers. Peace."
