"Whoever affirms that Image and knows that it is the Manifestation of the Essence (Zahir al-Dhatiyya), has indeed stood firm upon the Path wherein there is no crookedness, and has recognized the Hidden Secret and the Radiant Light."

(May Allah sanctify him)

On the authority of the Scholar [the Imam]—Exalted be His Might—who said:

"Knowledge and Action are two harmonious brothers; neither can stand except by the other. The foundation, pillar, and essence of Knowledge is the Affirmation of the Visible Image. The foundation, pillar, and essence of Action is the Safeguarding of the Brethren (Muhafazat al-Ikhwan)."

On the authority of the Scholar [the Imam]—Exalted be His Might—when he was asked: "O our Master, what is the Limit of Faith (Hadd al-Iman)?"

He replied: "It consists of two parts, with no third:

The First Part: The Affirmation of the Visible Image, and submission to it in servitude.

The Second Part: The Safeguarding of the Brethren."
