The Locales of the Attribute are the Power that appeared from the Image in a manifest, visible form.
The Decision of Gnosis is the Affirmation (al-Iqrar) of its Meaningful [Divinity].
Have you not heard the allusion in His words (Exalted be He): {Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The example of His light is like a niche (Mishkat) within which is a lamp, the lamp is within glass, the glass as if it were a pearly white star lit from a blessed olive tree, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil would almost glow even if atouch of fire had not touched it. Light upon light. Allah guides to His light whom He wills. And Allah presents examples for the people, and Allah is Knowing of all things} 1 .
The Imam says: "I shall interpret this verse for you, as it concerns the existence and manifestation of your Master."
"Know that the Niche (al-Mishkat) is the Visible Anza’i Image."
Until His words: {Allah guides to His light whom He wills}—meaning by [way of] the Image.
And he says regarding the definition of the Path (al-Sirat): "It is the Affirmation (al-Iqrar) of the Visible, Anza’i, Shimmering (Sha’sha’aniyya), Manifest, and Evident Image."
