Its meaning is: "Frequented" by remembrance (Dhikr), and "Uplifted" in station (Qadr); and that remains as long as it is said.

As for the progeny of Abu Talib: it is "Frequented" by remembrance until Allah lays bare the Shin, which is His manifestation in the Image of al-Anza' al-Batin.

The Discourse of Ibn Shu’ba regarding the Visible Image

In the inquiries of Ibn Shu’ba (Peace be upon him), he says: The doctrine regarding the Visible Image is that it is He—in affirmation, existence, beholding, and certainty; yet it is not [He] in the sense of a composite union (Jam’), nor a totality (Kull), nor confinement (Hasr), nor encompassment (Ihaata). We have found those who say: "The Visible Image is He, yet He is not it," and such a person is upon the Truth. What does the Sheikh (may Allah grant him success) say regarding this?

The Sheikh says: He who said "The Image is He" intended by that to say that the One, Ancient God cannot be described by "where," "how," "outside," or "inside"; nor is He absent from a form that bears the Ancientness of the Ancient. He intends by this to establish the Absolute Oneness (al-Ahadityya), the Eternal Besoughtness (al-Samadaniyya), and the Singularity (al-Fardaniyya), so as not to negate the Visible Image. If he intended this, he has attained correctness; but if he intended otherwise, he has strayed and disbelieved.
