This is so that he may comprehend from Her the command and the prohibition; for there is no speech except from a Form, as is explained in its proper place.

The Truth (al-Haqq) within the Creation (al-Khalq) is 'Creation', And the Creation within the Truth is 'Truth'.

He says: 'The Truth': is the Essence (al-Dhat). 'Within the Creation': is the manifestation in the Form. 'Is Creation': according to the outward appearance for ocular witnessing. 'And the Creation': meaning the Form. 'Within the Truth': is the manifestation of the Dazzling Power which removes [the perception of] the Form.

In other words: The Truth is [perceived] within the Creation because the Veil of the Eye stands between [the observer] and the ultimate Clarification. And the Creation within the Truth is 'Truth': because when the Power manifests, the [materiality of the] Form is annulled.

According to the Sufis: this meaning and its likeness belong to the stations of 'Union' (al-Jam') and 'Separation' (al-Farq).

And His being is from the Light of Light, From the Essence which originated [all].
