He says: 'Exalted is the Sublime, the All-Powerful, the First and the Last, the Inward and the Outward. He is manifest to the People of Light in a Luminous Form, and manifest to the People of Earth in a Human Form; and none knows His manifestation or His inwardness except He Himself.

He says: 'Verily, God—the Pre-eternal and Primordial—is the One who aids His Messengers through His very Essence (bi-dhatihi), by His manifestation and existence in a Visual Form. This Form is beheld by everyone who sees it, whether from the Luminous World or the Physical World; each gazes upon Him according to their own capacity, strength, and merit.'
