He said: Ja’far son of Muhammad son of Malik Al-Fazari narrated me, from Abd Allah son of Yunus Al-Mawsili, from Muhammad son of Sadaqah Al-Anbari, from Muhammad son of Sinan Al-Zahiri, from Safwan son of Yahya from Al-Mufaddal son of Umar Al-Ju’fi, He said: I asked my lord Sadiq Al-Wa’d, Exalted Glory, having been alone with him and found opportunity I was desiring, and I felt ease with him to question him, so I said: I ask you, my lord, about what occurred in my mind regarding Al-Ma’na’s appearance to his creation in a visible form, and does the Essence divide or take a form, or fragment or change from its entity, or is it imagined in minds by movement or stillness, and how is the appearance of the Unseen to weak creation, and how can the creation endure looking at the Creator, and how does the creation understand his existence?
