because from him he showed-it. Similarly, the Name is not the Meaning, because the Meaning is singular in its light, friendly to his creation like his creation; so if hidden in his essence and unseen, which nothing is like it except it; Exalted is Allah the High the Great.

And you asked me O Mufaddal about the Will; so know that Allah willed to show his will, and did not cease knowing it; so, the will was intention without a concern, nor occurrence nor thought nor transfer of movement to stillness, nor stillness to movement; and that is he did not manifest the Will, which is His name for a need from him; but by Wise-One’s nature wisdom appeared when intending Name’s origination and because he knows that wisdom is manifesting what is in entity into vision; and if he did not manifest from his obscure knowledge to vision’s existence, dominion would be deficient and wisdom not complete.
