And his saying: Salman is from us. All nations knew that Muhammad is from Hashim, and Salman is from Persia, and this is conflict between outer lineage, but he meant by it inner lineage, that he is of His light, and His light is the Most High of lights. For that reason he said: I am knowledge-city and Ali its gate; have you not heard your Lord Amir Almuminin: indeed, our knowledge holds a sign; whoever hit the indications and knew evidences; balanced is his temperament, sound is his path, saw in darkness, saved from obscurities, won the light and sweetness of joy; removed veils, knew the appearance, and attained its reward; so those are the brought-near in gardens of bliss.

O Mufaddal, are you present or absent? I said: my Lord, rather present; he said: Know that the Meaning transcends the Names and attributes; it does not appear in created temples, so no limited attribute or described quality is established upon it, but names, attributes, descriptions, and indications occur by the Eternal One, Great Name.

O Mufaddal, Jabir son of Abd Allah Al-Ansari used to narrate about his Lord with hadiths; once revealing in, once alluding, once explicitly declaring.
