O Mufaddal, your Lord’s secret is subtle and obscure. Know that the Essence transcends names and attributes, a forbidden unseen that does not exclude any internal, from whom no hidden conscience is veiled, subtle, nothing is greater than it, described by its actions, witnessed by its signs, known by its appearances; He was before the before and before a responder responds, since there was no one other than Him, and before space, since there was no space except His space, and He is unto what has no end. He does not change from a state, nor from what was of His entity, nor does its manifestation change it from its entity, and He is eternity that never ceases, and living never changing; rather He is over every effect, wealthy not needing anything to seek help from it, nor attributed to other than him to be known by; rather He is he where he is, and where he was while none but he was.

And know O Mufaddal that appearance is the completion of hiddenness, speech is completion of silence, and action completion of power; and whenever wisdom is not complete in its hiddenness, perfect in its appearance, the wisdom would be deficient from the Wise one, even if he was capable.
