Those branded among the races are rotated by the Cycle (Dawr) from one state to another, until they have all occupied all descriptions, attributes, various rituals, and opposing races. Time revolves them through the management of the Eras (Akwar) and Cycles (Adwar); they do not emerge from them to another state, nor does their time change for them within these attributes at any moment or period, or during any Revelation (Kashf) or Conjunction (Qiran). They do not mingle, nor are they mingled with; a decree Allah has decreed upon them and a mark by which He has branded them. So beware of them, O Jabir, with all caution, outwardly and inwardly; be fearful and apprehensive of them, do not find solace in any of them, and do not rely upon them, for that will lead you to the worst of calamities, the most impure of consequences, and the meanest of states. Allah has indeed spared you from them by what He has made clear regarding them."

to you. So withhold yourselves from them and pass your testaments regarding this to those who are below you, just as I have presented my testament to you. I have indeed made this mandatory upon you for their sake, as Allah has made that mandatory for you upon me.
