O Allah, indeed we ask You for the permanence of the connection (Waslah) by You to You, and the realization of hopes in You, until the connection with You is connected, and the bonds from us with other than You are dissolved. So glory be to You, O Allah. You are the One glorifying [Yourself] by Your majesty, the Supreme by the majesty of Your might and Your authority, the Unique in the loftiness of Your place. You are Allah, the High, the Great.
O Allah, single out—with what we have supplicated You for and asked You—our believing brethren, those present among them and those absent, wherever any one of them may be, in the easts of the earth and its wests, its plains and its mountains, its land and its sea.
And gather, O Allah, their word upon the Truth through the knowledge of You (Ma'rifah) and sincerity in Your Unification (Tawhid). And make them and us firm with the Firm Word in the worldly life and the Hereafter. And turn away from us and from them the plot of Iblis and his armies. Suffice us against maladies and blights. And cancel for us and for them the slips and all the destructive sins. O Forgiver of lapses, O Hearer of voices and supplications, O Reliever of distresses, O Knower of what has passed and what is to come. For indeed, You are the Hearer of supplications. O Compassionate, O Merciful, O Hearer, O All-Knowing. And there is no power and no strength except by Allah, the High, the Great.
