O Allah, my Master, I ask You by the Ancient Spiritual Essence (Ma'nawiyya), the Great Essence (Dhat), the Names, the Veils, the Indications, and the Books, that You increase us in acceptance of Your command, and in strength to bear Your secret, until we do not doubt in You nor in what You have disclosed, and we acknowledge what You have concealed and what You have proclaimed. That is Your universal attribute, Your singular totality, and Your Anza'iyya Essence which did not separate from You, such that it would be other than You; nor are You distinct from it, such that You would be someone else.
O Ali, O Great One (Azim). My Master, this is a Persian day and a Bahmanid festival. You legislated it for Your allies, unveiled it to Your chosen ones, and permitted within it the Mihrajan for Your beloveds, so that they may attain forgiveness through the knowledge of [its] outward (Zahir) and the reality of its inward (Batin).
O Allah, so bestow upon us in it, and in every time, forgiveness and pardon, mercy and good pleasure, favor and benevolence, and the realities of faith. For we ask You—while being, in our asking, the most intense of Your servants in poverty and need toward You—since we cannot bear the burden of what You have burdened us with regarding the weight of Your obligations in it and in other than it,
