O Allah, I call You to witness, and I call Your Angels circling around Your Throne to witness: That I am an acknowledger, a believer in Your Greatest Manifestation (Zuhurika Al-Akbar) and Your Most Brilliant Light (Nurika Al-Azhar), by which You Manifested to all Your creation and caused it to rise for Your Command.

[And I witness] that You are Allah, the High, the Great, the Ancient Pre-eternal (Al-Azal Al-Qadim), the Everlasting Praiseworthy. And [I witness] that this day, which You prioritized over all other days—and in which You manifested the Signs (Ayat) among the people (Al-Anam) through compassion, mercy, favor, grace, bounty, and guidance—is the Day of the Covenant (Yawm al-Mithaq) and the Call of the Race (Da'wat al-Sibaq) toward the Knowledge of the Creator, the King, the Provider.

[It is] the Light of the Luminous Ones (Nur al-Nuraniyyin), the joy of the Believers, the ultimate goal of the Pious, and the Festival (Eid) of the Knowers (Arifin)—those who knew and heard the Call [And] the Image (Sura) of the Most High Lord, the Most Faithful Proof, and the Speaking Tongues from the Truthful Mouths. The Preservers of the Book and its paths, the transmitters of the sciences, and the observers of the stars.
