Second Supplication for the Day of Al-Nowruz
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
"O Allah, I ask You by You, by Your Name, by Your Gate, and by the People of the Ranks of Your Holiness and Your Knowledge.
And [I ask You] by the worth (Qadr) of this noble day, Al-Nowruz, which You made a festival (Eid) for the Believers in Your Knowledge.
And You arranged it for all Your creation and the lights of Your earth.
And in it You sent down the blessings of Your provision, and You provided it to all of Your creation and Your servants entirely. And You made Your earth blooming through it, Your heavens luminous through it, and Your world fresh through it and through its mention.
And You made it—among the people (Al-Anam)—the Person (Shakhs) of the Gate (Bab) of Your Name that points to You by You.
So You manifested good things in it and made blessings abundant in it. And You made them provisions for whom You created of Jinn, mankind, cattle, birds, and wild beasts. And You made the beginning of their origin from it, and You named it Al-Nowruz.
