O Allah, I ask You by Muhammad, the Ninth of the Names. And the Manifestation of Favor, Greatness, and Splendor. By the Greatest Tenth. By Al-Hasan, the Apparent as an Attribute unlike [ordinary] attributes.
By the Mahdic Proof (Al-Hujja Al-Mahdiyya), and the Remaining Eternal Word. By the Apparent Anza'iyya Power, appearing from the Eye of the Sun. By Your establishment of Justice through Your manifestation of Retribution on this day.
By Your overlooking the sinners among Your Knowing Servants (Arifin). By Your pardoning the forgiveness-seekers among Your Righteous Servants. O You who shone by His Wisdom [causing] the manifestation of the Divinity (Lahut) of His Holiness in His creation. And [who] soared in His Absence and Pre-eternity to manifest the creatures. That is Allah, whom there is no god but He. To Him I have submitted, upon Him I have relied, and in Him I have believed; Lord of the Angels and the Spirit. And He is the Mighty, the Forgiving.
O Allah, I ask You—by all that I have asked You in this day—to suffice me and all the Believers against afflictions, stumbles, all trials, and destructive sins, what is apparent of them and what is hidden.
O Ali, O Great One (Ya Ali, Ya Azim)."
