They saw it upon their masters like a wreath (Iklil). Thus, the custom of using Myrtle and Adharyun as wreaths on the day of Nowruz was established.

And it is the Light which Manifested to them on that night; so the kindling of fire became a current custom on the night of Nowruz.

And the meaning of naming the Myrtle "Khusrawani" is because it is the Person (Shakhs) of Khusraw; and by him Nowruz was named, and its interpretation in Arabic is "The New Day."

And Al-Khasibi, may Allah purify his person, said regarding the Nisan (April) Nowruz:

Nowruz is a truth, benefiting and gaining,

Realized for the Allegiance (Wala') of the most noble Hashemite.

A day in which Allah clarified His Manifestation,

Before the Arabs, in Non-Arab (Persian) Domes.

And He rose with it towards the sky, so they saw,

In it, swings (Marajih) with a resolute view.

And for Salsal in it is a Dominant Manifestation,

Following our ancient Pre-eternal.
