So they did that, and their dead came out to them. Each one of them departed with those of his family who had passed away, after they had fallen down prostrating to Him and knowing (Arifin) Him.

Then they said: "O our Master and our Liege, we desire something that will be a festival (Eid) for us on the morning of our day, that we may remember this day."

So He sprinkled the water upon them with His Hand—and It is His Power (Qudra). From that, the Bahmani Myrtle (Al-As Al-Bahmani) emerged upon their clothes, their rugs, and their bedding.

Then the spot illuminated upon them with Light. [Then] that Light vanished from them, so they utilized fire and made it a Qibla for themselves in place of that Light, since it resembled it.

They remained sorrowful, awaiting His Manifestation, counting the days, watching the times, and asking their Lord and their Master—while He was in their midst (bayna zahranayhim) and before their eyes—until that very night.

Then He Manifested to them in a form other than that [previous] Manifestation. So they requested the Power (Qudra) which they had seen and witnessed. So He sprinkled the water upon them and upon their clothes. From it emerged the Khusrawani Myrtle (Al-As Al-Khusrawani) and the Adharyun.
