And it is the day on which Allah, Mighty and Majestic, sent down Gabriel, peace be upon him, to the Prophet Muhammad, may His Might be exalted, with the Revelation.

And it is the day on which Abraham, peace be upon him, broke the idols of his people.

And it is the day on which Allah granted victory (Fataha) to His Prophet on the Day of the Confederates (Al-Ahzab).

And it is the day on which the Prophet, may His Might be exalted, took the Covenant (Ahd) for the Commander of the Faithful (Amir al-Mu'minin), may His Might be exalted, and the Allegiance (Bay'a) at Ghadir Khumm from his companions. So he who acknowledged the Walaya for him, acknowledged it. So blessed is he who remained firm upon it, and woe, then woe, to him who broke away from it.

And it is the day on which the Commander of the Faithful, may His Might be exalted, took the Covenant and the Pact from the Jinn in the Valley.

And it is the day on which he triumphed over the People of Nahrawan and killed Dhu al-Thadya.

And it is the day on which the Qa'im, peace be upon us from him, shall Manifest (Yazhar), kill the Dajjal, and crucify him at the Kunasa of Kufa.
