And He left behind the Stations (Maqamat) of His Wisdom in the Persians, flowing through their kings. So He established a similitude (Mithal) for the Meaning, the Name, and the Gate: Sharwin, Kharwin, and Khusraw, up to Kisra Parviz (Abrawiz) ibn Anushirvan. For he changed, altered, became arrogant, and opposed the Lord Muhammad. Thus, the kingship became extinct from the Persians due to his disobedience.
So the Persian Stations manifested Nowruz and Mihrajan. In it, they observed the [wearing of] wreaths of Adharyun, Myrtle (As), and Olive, and placing them upon the head, detailed with Adharyun, and the sprinkling of water, and the condition (shart) of Nowruz.
The Persian Kings and all the Persians practiced that according to what the Stations had manifested. Just as the Lord Muhammad, may His Might be exalted, manifested in the Muhammadan Dome the Eids: Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Eid al-Ghadir.
So it became a current custom (Sunnah) among the Persian Kings in the Persian Dome, and a custom in the Muhammadan Dome according to what they were commanded and what they manifested. Thus, it is a current custom until the Appearance of the Qa'im, may His Might be exalted.
