Supplication of the Seventeenth Day of March

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

O Allah, You are the One (Al-Ahad), preferred over all lights. None knows that but You, and none knows You except him to whom You have made Yourself known. So High Exalted are You, O Allah, above what the deniers say, and what the doubters describe, and what the shortcomings-worshippers worship. You are the One who initiated Eternity (Al-Abad) and formed the Cosmos (Al-Kawn). Visions do not perceive You, and thoughts do not encompass You. You are free from consort and child.

I ask You, O Allah, by the Grandeur (Kibriya') of Adam; by the religion of Salsal; by the Noble, Magnanimous Muhammadiyya; by the Exalted 'Alawiyya; by the Originating Fatimiyya; by the Best Hasaniyya; by the High, Supreme Husayniyya; by the Truthful Ja'fariyya; and by the Speaking Musawiyya.

By H-M-'A-S-Q (Ha-Mim-'Ayn-Sin-Qaf), by K-H-Y-'A-S (Kaf-Ha-Ya-'Ayn-Sad), by A-L-M-S (Alif-Lam-Mim-Sad). By Ahyā Sharāhyā Adonāi Aṣba’ōt Āl Shaddāi.

By Your Truthful Stations (Maqamat) and Your Speaking Gates (Abwab); by Your Orphans (Aytam), Your Nobles (Nuqaba'), Your Elites (Nujaba'), Your Chosen Ones (Mukhtassin), Your Sincere
