Do you not know that We only enable Acceptance and the Station (Manzila) with Us for those whom We have chosen and singled out to be provided for and to be revived and to cause death, and to be given choice by Our Command, by the text of Our Will. Thus, actions flow from them according to what We desired and commanded, while the Command belongs to them.

And likewise, We enable them to act and to ascend in the heavens, and to come to the East and the West, and wherever they will, in accordance with the response to Our Command and the acceptance from Us. And no deed of a worker is lost with Us, nor the wage of a hired one.

And that is a precedent for you and for them, beginning from you, and as an increase for them, since the formation of the 'Where' (Al-Hayth) which the Pre-eternal (Al-Qadim), the Eternal, formed by the Will of His Eternity. And that is precedent.

"So rise, O Muhammad ibn Nusayr, and command those of the Knowers (Arifin) in Al-Askar to fulfill to Allah what He commanded them, encouraged them in, and made lawful for them; and He enabled them in His action, and bestowed upon them what I restricted and warned against for others, and expand for them what I withheld from their likes."
