the creatures seek refuge and upon You they rely. You are the First of the first, and You are the Last of the last. Your Name is Muhammad the Praised (al-Mahmud), and to You belongs all praise and laudation.

You are Ali, the Commander of the Believers; You are al-Hasan, who made excellent the creation of the creators; You are al-Husayn, to whom belong the Most Beautiful Names; You are Ali the Great, the Kabir; and You are Muhammad the Praised, and to You belongs praise and laudation. You are Ja'far the Truthful (al-Sadiq), You are Musa the Trustworthy (al-Amin), You are Ali the Content (al-Rida), You are Muhammad the Praised, and You are Ali the Great, the Kabir. To You belongs the grace and the majesty; and You are al-Hasan, who made excellent the creation of the creators; and Your Name is the One who establishes watch over every soul for what it has earned.

O Allah, I beseech You, having believed in You and in Your entities (Ashkhas) throughout all ages and cycles. I have believed in Your outward (Zahir) and Your inward (Batin); for Your outward is the Imamate and the Testament (Wasiyyah), and Your inward is the Divinity and the Godhead (al-Ma'nawiyyah al-Lahutiyyah). You are Allah, there is no god but You; from whichever [state/name] You have called me, I have answered. If You called me by the Alawiyyah, I answered; if You called me by the Husayniyyah, I answered; if You called me by the Alawiyyah, I answered; and if You called me by the Muhammadiyyah I answered; if You called me by the Ja'fariyyah, I answered;
