He said: "This is the count of the nights of the month of Ramadan, and among these thirty nights, six nights belong to Fatimah al-Zahra. Among them is the Night of Power (Laylat al-Qadr), which is also the Night of the Middle of Sha'ban. Allah has honored the 'Middle' [of Sha'ban] through it, for in it occurs the Ziyarah of our Master and our Mawla, Abu Abd Allah al-Husayn—may His Might be glorified. Therein, Allah takes upon Himself the reward of his visitors, appreciates their efforts, answers their supplications, and accepts their prayers and their glorification (Tasbih), their fasting, and He shall fulfill their needs, and all that they have asked and sought; all of this in veneration of the Originator (Fatir), al-Hasan, al-Husayn, and al-Muhsin—who are Muhammad, his Essence (Jawhariyyah), and his Light. It is the most excellent of the nights of the year, which has been honored, and we have been commanded to preserve it.

The first of the six nights of the month of Ramadan is Khadijah; it is the night in which intimacy with women was permitted, because thus did the Master Muhammad manifest, and he commanded that it be a Sunnah (practice) within his Ummah, and made the ritual bath (Ghusl) obligatory therein. As for the rest of the six nights to his saying—may Allah brighten his countenance—: 'In them, the Night of Power (Laylat al-Qadr) is hoped for; and Fatimah al-Zahra is the Night of Power, the attainment of which is hoped for.
