O God, single out with the curse the family of Taym, the family of Adi, and the family of Umayya. O God, curse Yazid and the family of Yazid, the family of Ubayd Allah ibn Ziyad, and the family of Marwan, until the Day of Resurrection.

Then prostrate and raise your head and say: "O God, to You belongs praise, the praise of the thankful, the praising, the worshippers. O God, grant me the intercession of Your Names and the ranks of Your Holiness on the Day of Arrival, and establish for me a firm foothold of sincerity with You, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful, O High, O Great." And you prostrate and supplicate with whatever you like; it will be answered, God the Exalted willing. And know that God, Blessed and Exalted is He, gives whoever performs this visitation (Ziyarah) on this day ten qualities: That He protects him from an evil death, and no enemy shall be aided against him until he dies and he is protected from unpleasant things and poverty, and God, Mighty and Majestic, secures him from vitiligo and leprosy, and He secures that for his child and his child’s child, to four generations. Abd Allah ibn Sinan said: Praise be to God Who bestowed favor upon me with knowledge of you and what is made obligatory for you, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds. And may God bless our Master Muhammad and his good family until the Day of Resurrection and Religion, and grant peace.
