Then you prostrate, then raise your head and your hands to the sky and say:
Peace be upon you, O Transmitted Trace of God. Peace be upon you and upon the spirits that have alighted in your courtyard. Upon you all, from God, be peace, forever, as long as the night and the day remain, perpetually, and upon all the people of faith.
O God, curse a nation that established tyranny, oppression, and aggression against Your close ones. And curse a nation that pushed them away from their stations and removed them from their ranks. And curse a nation that fought them. O God, and curse those who paved the way for them by enabling [them] to fight them. I have disassociated myself unto God the Exalted from them, and from their factions, their followers, and their close ones.
O God, [I am] at peace with whoever is at peace with Your close ones, and at war with whoever is at war with them, until the Day of Resurrection. O God, curse Umar ibn Sa'd, and curse Shimr ibn Marjana ibn Dhi al-Jawshan al-Sabiy. And curse, O God, Ubayd Allah ibn Ziyad. And curse a nation that saddled, bridled, and prepared to fight you.
