Inclining his station, receiving

His visitor with a gift and joy.

Extending his palm to them as a Protector (Mujir)

We ransom him from a bewildered Succourer.

Do not say that he died in restraint (Sabran)

Under the solid spears and the hardness of males (warriors).

Under the horses of the accursed Ibn Ziyad

No, nor was he buried (Mulhadan) in the graves.
