Muhammad ibn Sunan, peace be upon him, said: I asked about the day on which Abu al-Khattab proclaimed the Call (al-Da‘wa) at Dar al-Rizq and was killed. He said: That is a great and momentous day before Allah Almighty; it is incumbent upon the believers to engage with their brothers in the remembrance (Dhikr) of Allah, Glorified and Exalted be He, and the manifestation of His Oneness (Tawhid).

It is Monday, the tenth of al-Muharram. The believers must spend their day in the Oneness of Allah, His remembrance, and invoking blessings upon Abu al-Khattab Muhammad ibn Abi Zainab al-Kahili, peace be from Him. And it was on the eleventh day of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, may Allah benefit us by what it contains.
