But it is, by Allah, the greatest trial

He displayed it to the creation at [the time of] his elevation

Peace be upon the "Great Sacrifice" by whom

The Light ransomed Ishmael on the day of his ransom

Peace be upon his moons and his stars

And the lights of the people of the earth, from the best of his progeny

Peace be upon the seventy righteous monotheists

From the Greater Shia and from the best of his stock

Peace be upon the apparent ones (al-Azhar) from the Shia of Guidance

The loyalists of Husayn, the Light, from the people of his support

Peace be upon him who stood as a likeness, represented

For his Master, meeting death beneath his banner

Peace be upon him who gave liberally to Allah, patient

With his lifeblood, not turning back from his experience/test

Peace be upon him who possessed every virtue

His Lord granted him, granted him [insight] by his insight
