And he (may Allah ennoble his station) said in another poem:

The Gate of Guidance is a single, eternal Gate

In the Kingdom, collectively, for a single, eternal Name.

Up to his saying therein (may Allah raise his rank):

And the Name is a Name for His Meaning and His First

And the Name is His Names, whatever number you wish.

Even if they were a hundred thousand in their count,

They would return into One, a return without limit.

And Al-Husayn bin Hamdan (peace be upon him) said in the understanding of his treatise—meaning the Master Al-Husayn (Mighty is His Glory):

"And He manifested Umar bin Sa'd's killing of him and his biography at Karbala, while He is Al-Husayn and He is the Meaning (al-Ma'na). And He set up his likeness in Hanzalah bin Sa'd al-Shaba'i—and Shibam is from [the tribe of] Hamdan. That is because our Master Al-Husayn (Mighty is His Glory) cast his likeness on that day upon Hanzalah, and ransomed him with 'the Second' (may Allah curse him)."

And the Master Abu Nuwas has verses in which he says regarding the meaning of that:
