You are too mighty for descriptions to allow genera to equal You, and You are too sublime for imagination to allow phantoms to resemble You. Intellects have gone astray in the waves of the current of Your perception, and delusions have been bewildered by the encompassment of the mention of Your pre-eternity. Omnipotent through Your bounties, inaccessible through Your grandeur; You have no ascribed limit, no struck likeness, and the flashes of delusion are not veiled from You. You appeared without the limitation of those who are limited. O One Who is not divided by number, O Eternal Refuge Who is not partitioned in a body; an Observer Who does not contemplate through direct contact 1 ; Manifest, not by the beginning of a vision; Individualized, not by displacement; Manifest 2 , not by witnessing; Near, not by proximity; Distant, not by exclusion; Existing, not from non-existence; and not confined by a body. O High, O Great.
Then you prostrate after the prayer and ask for your need, and it shall be granted, by the will of Allah the Exalted.
