If he mentions his people, we shall mention ourselves; if he mentions himself, we shall mention Abraham, Isaac, Moses, and Jesus; and if he mentions his Book, we shall mention the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses and the Gospel. And let our Lord then decree between us and him whatever He is to decree." And he went on.

Sammak said: My grief increased, and I proceeded to the residence of Fatima al-Zahra, but I was told that they were in al-Baqi‘. I hurried out and saw them by the Red Dune (al-Kathib al-Ahmar) opposite the Ancient Dome (al-Qubba al-'Atiqa), a group sitting together. I headed towards them until I drew near, and they brought me closer. I contemplated them, and they were: 'Abdullah bin Rawaha, 'Uthman bin Maz'un, Umm Salama, Muhammad bin Abi Bakr, Muhammad bin Abi Hudhayfa, and Salman. I said: "May I be your ransom, what has gathered you here?" 'Abdullah said to me: "A matter you shall see, if Allah Ta'ala wills; so attend to your prayers."

Sammak said: I stood looking at them, awaiting a grace from Allah through them, until eleven men from the people of Najran approached, led by al-Harith bin Ishaq and Shihab ibn Abi Tammam. At that moment, I saw 'Abdullah gesturing with his hand toward the Red Dune like a beseeching petitioner. I followed his gesture with my sight and saw lights upon the Dune, shimmering like lightning, then they became still. I then saw Muhammad, 'Ali, Fatima, Hasan, Husayn, and Salman.
