But Satan had gained mastery over them and made them forget Thy remembrance, so his (the Veil's) silence from the proclamation was a mercy for Thy servants. He (the Veil) affirmed his resolve in Thee, conveying the message with divine protection (Isma) from every oversight or forgetfulness. He stood by Thy command, spoke the Word of Truth, and called out with Great Sincerity, making all whom Thy kingdom encompasses hear him, saying: "This is your God, so worship Him! This is your Lord, so recognize Him! This is your Creator, so obey Him! This is your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers!" He has called you to Himself, and His Self called to Him. He revealed to you of His Power that which necessitated your intimacy with Him and your listening to Him. He tasked you with that and conveyed the Message to you; so a party is in Paradise—having followed Him in every era—and a party is in the Blazing Fire1.

This is the day after which there is nothing, nor anything besides it, except the White Return (al-Raj'a al-Bayda), the Radiant Cycle (al-Kura al-Zahra), the lifting of the veil, and that Allah should come to you in the shadows of the clouds and the angels.

Footnotes
