Glory be to Him who does not close a door against those who ask Him; Glory be to the One described by the greatness of His Majesty; Glory be to the One clothed in His Glory and Perfection; Glory be to the One Unique in His Splendor and Beauty; Glory be to the One Praised in His noble actions; Glory be to the One Thanked for His great bestowal.
Glory be to the Knower of hidden things; Glory be to the Remover of distresses; Glory be to the One who forgives lapses; Glory be to the One who has mercy on tears; Glory be to the Responder of supplications; Glory be to Allah in the mornings and the evenings.
And praise be to Allah, the Possessor of brilliant power, manifest might, and successive favors; the Subduer of the rotating celestial spheres, the raining clouds, the seeing eyes, the swelling seas, and the moving orbits; and He has bestowed His blessings upon them, both inwardly (batinatan) and outwardly (zahiratan). I praise Him for what He has decreed, and I thank Him for what has passed, and I rely upon Him in my public affairs and what is hidden. I bear witness that He is the Most Merciful, who is established upon the Throne.
