Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, as long as hearts are humbled, distresses are relieved, defects are veiled, sins are forgiven, and the Knower of the Unseen pardons before the rising of the sun and before its setting. Allah is the Greatest.

Allah is the Greatest, as long as a servant sanctifies and glorifies [Him], a tongue expresses and speaks eloquently, a bird ascends and succeeds, a mountain remains firm and towers high, a truth appears and becomes clear, the Religion becomes enlightened and manifest (lammaha) 1 , and a mirage glistens in a desert and becomes plain (sah-sah).

Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, as long as clouds pour and thunder rolls, a generous person gives and assists, a day passes and is renewed, a gathering unites and disperses, a weeper wails and laments, our Lord guarantees and promises, He frightens whom He wills and threatens, and darkness intensifies and increases.

Glory be to Him whose kingdom never perishes; Glory be to Him whose blessings cannot be counted; Glory be to Him to whom belong the Hereafter and the first [life]; Glory be to the Cleaver of the grain and the date-stone; Glory be to the Creator of the earth and the high heavens; Glory be to Him who knows the public and what is hidden; Glory be to Him, He is Allah, there is no god but He, to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names.

Footnotes

1Lammaha: I showed you a "lamhan" (manifest) matter; meaning a clear matter.
