And the words of the Almighty: {Those who are stingy and enjoin upon people stinginess and conceal what Allah has given them of His bounty—and We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment} ¹ . He says: Those who call out the believers through faith, yet they begrudge them the vanities of the world, and they appoint [other] people as masters over their brothers. They conceal the knowledge that has reached them from those entitled to it, out of injustice towards them, stinginess, and audacity against their Lord. These are the ones for whom the metamorphosed bodies have been prepared due to their ingratitude for the blessings of Allah, their Master, along with the severity of the painful torment.

[32] And on the authority of Muhammad ibn Ali al-Barqi, who said: One of my trustworthy brothers informed me that he tied a female donkey ² which was carrying grass from a palm garden enclosed by a wall containing some dates, while the boys were grinding. He said: One day, while the female donkey was harnessed to the millstone and it was rotating, she suddenly stopped and grew weary of the rotation. I shouted at her, but she did not move.
