(563) By the chain raised to Muhammad ibn Sinan from al-Mufaddal ibn Umar from our Master al-Sadiq the Wise—to whose mention belongs magnification—regarding the words of the Sublime and Exalted: {When the victory of God has come and the conquest ❁ [He opened the land of the believers and for it] And you see the people entering into the religion of God in multitudes ❁ [group after group] Then exalt [Him] with praise of your Lord [the Prince of Bees] and ask forgiveness of Him. Indeed, He was ever Accepting of repentance. ❁ [He said: To Him every believer returns]}1.

(564) By his chain from Muhammad ibn Sinan from Yunus ibn Zabyan, who said: I heard my Master al-Sadiq—exalted be his glory—say: "The Submission (al-Taslim) is a name among the names of God, a great one that circulates among His servants, and he is Salman."

(565) By the same chain from our Master al-Sadiq—to whose mention belongs magnification—regarding His saying: {All praise is due to God, Lord of the worlds}2. He said: "Praise (al-Hamd): the Prince of Bees. Lord of the worlds: Salsal, al-Miqdad, and Abu Dharr. The Compassionate (al-Rahman): Abu Talib. The Merciful (al-Rahim): Abd al-Muttalib. These are the names of God the Prince of Bees and they are other than Him; He is their Master and by Him is their subsistence. Master of the Day of Judgment: Salman."

(566) From him regarding the words of God the Mighty and Sublime: {His Chair extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the High, the Great}3. He said: The Chair (al-Kursi) is the Greatest Muhammad; the Heavens are the Gate; and the Earth is the Orphans. Muhammad, the Goal, encompasses them in science; from him they draw water and by his command they act. Everything that is elevated over what is below it is a "heaven," and that which is below it is an "earth."
