The statement appeared regarding His word: {And it is He who released the two seas, one fresh and sweet and the other salty and bitter, and He placed between them a barrier and a prohibited partition}1. {This one is fresh and sweet}2 is an indication toward Umar ibn al-Furat, and the pointer toward him is in this verse. It is nothing but the Truth, because Umar ibn al-Furat is the Gate, and he is Salman, and he is Abu Shu’ayb, even if his names are distant and his eras are near in every nation and time. The Salty is the Adversary, who is the Second — may God curse him — and he is Ishaq al-Ahmar and those who followed and joined him among the gates of the Adversary, just as Lord Salman is the Gate of Guidance in every era and nation, even if his names and kunyas change.
And the inward of the Water is a person, he is the Guide and the Messenger.
He means — may God sanctify his soul — that the inward of the Water is the Gate, and he is the outward of the Name, because the Lord Mim — exalted be his glory — possesses two lights: an ancient light and an originated light. The Ancient Light is his inward, because the Meaning invented him from the light of His Essence and God named him when addressing him in the private communion (al-munajat). The Originated Light is the outward of the form; it is the body that appeared to the world. This is the outward of the Name, which is the inward of the Gate.
As he said: "And the inward of the Water is a person": he is a light created from the Light of God, he is the Mountain, and from him is the soul of the Sin. His inward is as we mentioned, and he is the "Guide and Messenger," meaning: he is the sender of the messengers and the legislator of the laws.
And everything is from him, its life shall not vanish.
