These are the proofs by which the Gate is recognized and those whom God the High specialized with His knowledge, guided, aided in His obedience, and chose. We know that, verify it, believe in it, and attest to it. As for the text (nass), we have mentioned what appeared in the Book of God and the word of the Lord Messenger — exalted be his glory — and what he indicated. We shall mention what reached us and what we learned in the appropriate place, by the aid of the Possessor of grace, favors, generosity, and majesty. Let us return to the explanation of the manifestations of our Lord Salman — peace be upon him — from the beginning of human existence to the last Hasanide manifestation, according to order and system, by the aid of the High, our Master the All-Knowing — exalted be his glory.

Know — may God make you happy with His knowledge and aid you in acting in His obedience — that the tradition has never ceased to be in effect in human existence: from the beginning of the manifestation of Lord Adam — exalted be his glory — to the last manifestation of our Master al-Hasan the Eleventh — exalted be his glory. Our Master Amir Almuminin — may His majesty be magnified — appears to call the world to His knowledge and guide them to His Oneness and His Meaning. His House and His Place, the Lord M (the Name) — exalted be his glory — appears to call the world to the worship of his Meaning and proclaim the divinity of his Master. His Gate appears, speaking and communicating, clarifying the path to Him and declaring the proof of Him. This is justice from the Creator — exalted and sublimed — toward His creation, so they are not in doubt of their religion or in confusion of their certainty, out of compassion, mercy, affection, and blessing toward them.
