This is supported by the word of the Meaning indicating His Name—the Sublime and Exalted: {God is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, a Disposer.}1 And the words of the Mighty and Sublime: {And God created you and that which you do.}2 And His word—Majestic is His Name: {O mankind, remember the favor of God upon you. Is there any creator other than God who provides for you from the heaven and the earth? There is no deity except Him, so how are you deluded?}3

There are many witnesses indicating that the sovereignty in its entirety is the creation of the Mim—exalted be his glory; I have limited myself to what I mentioned to you. As for the words of the Almighty: {Then He directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being], willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly."}4

The "heaven" is the Lord Sin—peace be upon him—and there is none in the sovereignty more majestic than him nor of higher status after the Name. The "earth" refers to the Orphans—peace be upon them. His saying "{while it was smoke}" intends lights without bodies. "{They said, 'We have come willingly'}"—for the Master knew obedience from them as they are the world of obedience; He knew it from them even before their creation and that they would answer with this response.

And His word—the Almighty: {Have We not made the earth a resting place? And the mountains as stakes? And We created you in pairs.}5
