He is the One who does not enter into number, Ancient of the Ancients, self-subsisting, and transcendent above His attributes. Whoever says that He and the Name, the Lord Muhammad, are equal has strayed, gone astray, lied, and fabricated. These, my son, are among the signs of our Master—exalted be His bounties and sanctified be His names—and His celestial and terrestrial miracles. I have summarized them for you in what I mentioned; it is a small portion of a hundred thousand parts of that which is inexhaustible.

It is part of His power, signs, Lordly miracles, and Divine actions. The chapter concerning the miracles we have presented is completed. We have relied upon what we related through the transmission of our sheikh—he who was a cause for God's blessings upon us; may God grant him satisfaction. For the masterly Lords, there are celestial and terrestrial signs they manifested in the Hashemite Cycle whose number cannot be counted nor can even a portion be encompassed.

Regarding what our Master—exalted be his glory—manifested during his march to Nahrawan for Jabir ibn Abd Allah al-Ansari—peace be upon him—and after his return: these are the reports known as the "Jabiriyyat," of which we mentioned two reports at the beginning of this epistle. Likewise, the miracles and dazzling powers he manifested—exalted be his glory—which are related alongside the Siffinite and Kufan reports; were we to mention them, speech would not suffice, for every chapter would be a separate book in itself. Praise be to God, the Possessor of universal grace and ancient favor. May His blessings be upon His Name, the Mighty, the Wise, His Gate—the Noble Lord—and all his family.
