It includes the manifestation of our Master, the Prince of Bees, in Essence—exalted be He beyond examples or attributes. That which I explain, clarify, illustrate, and prove of this is a favor bestowed upon me by God. He conveyed it to me from His abundant blessings through my father in truth, to whom I am a devoted servant; he is my Sheikh and my lord, Sheikh Abu al-Fath Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Baghdadi—may God illuminate his person. In the epistle he sent specifically to me, I summarized what I have deposited in this message, clarifying its difficulties and refining it according to the extent of my knowledge and understanding. From God I seek success; of Him I ask for aid in traversing the path of religion and the world. Truly, He is the Possessor of compassion, majesty, kindness, and mercy; He is my sufficiency and the best Disposer of affairs.
My lord, master, and mentor said: Know, my son—may God teach you goodness and grant you success in acting upon it—that the first manifestation of the Meaning (al-Ma‘na)—exalted be His praise and sanctified be His names—within the human realm was in Essence, not through examples or attributes.
He manifested as Abel, who is Amir Almuminin—exalted be His power, the One of vast knowledge—exalted be His mention. This occurred when the Lord—exalted be His glory—willed the cultivation of this abode with the human world, after it became void of the five worlds that previously inhabited it:
The Jinn, the Binn, the Tamm, the Ramm, and the Jann.
We shall provide the explanation of what we know regarding the accounts of these nations in a place that necessitates their mention, by the will and aid of God. It is what the scholars of Hadith related: that God the Almighty sent Adam and his spouse Eve—peace be upon them—down to this abode for its cultivation. They also related: that God, the Sublime, during the cycle of Resurrection, calls the people of Paradise by their names except for Adam—exalted be his glory—whom He addresses by the patronymic "Abu Muhammad" out of honor for our master Muhammad—exalted be his glory.
