And He is in the Whole, encompassing the Whole. And He—in the World of the Intellect, the World of the Unseen, the World of the Witnessed, the World of Light, and the World of Humans—is One. He does not shift from His Being (Kiyan), even if He appeared to his [the viewer's] vision.

His Manifestation is Power and Mercy, and His Inwardness is Grace (Minna) and Greatness. He is not absent from His earth by witnessing His heaven, nor from His heaven by witnessing His earth.

And He is not absent from the one who knows Him; nor does the one who unifies Him deny Him.
