So the Abstract Lights connected to the Worshipped are the Form of the Gate (Surat al-Bab)1, and its attribute, its description, its reality, the locus of seeking it, and Allah's path to His guidance.

And the lights perceived by the senses are a likeness (Mathal) and a form for the Intelligible Form of Existence, which upholds the reality of the existence of the Existence stripped (Mujarrad) to the utmost limit of abstraction.

Footnotes

1The Lights stripped of names, attributes, relations, and additions are inseparable from the Worshipped Meaning (Al-Ma'na al-Ma'bud). They are the Form of the Gate of Existence, and they are the Anza'iyya Form (Al-Surah al-Anza'iyya — The Supreme Form), the Abstract, and the Final Goal sought by the Unitarian Gnostic Believer. The Almighty said:“So a wall will be placed between them with a door, its interior containing mercy, but on the outside of it is torment.” [Surah Al-Hadid, Verse 13]."The Abstract Lights" discussed in the text are in the Interior of the Gate of Existence, in which there is Mercy."The Lights perceived by the senses" are in the likeness and form of the Intelligible Form of Existence... etc. This refers to the Visible Lights of the Gate of Existence. To these, the Noble Verse indicated: “but on the outside of it is torment”; because the one who stops at the "Wall of Establishment" (Jidar al-Tamkin) does not reach the Station of Worship of the Lord of the Worlds. And as Al-Sadiq (Exalted be His Might) said:"Worship of Allah through bodies is like the worship of idols."The Sheikh of the Religion (Peace be upon him) said:"You see Him as a Light represented eternally by permission."Therefore: The reliance in Divine Gnosis is upon arriving at the knowledge of the Abstract Lights, because the Sensory Lights are a path to reach the Principles (Usul). The Intelligible Form is: The Scientific/Cognitive Form imprinted upon the mirror of the Acquired Intellect (Al-Aql al-Mustafad) when it faces the Active Intellect (Al-Aql al-Fa'al). It is an Abstract Form that corresponds to what the eyesight sees of the sensory form in the spiritual structures.
