While Allah is the Emanator (Mufid) of forms and materials, the Maker of the cause and the capacity, the Manifester of the Decree, and the Originator of the Nature (Fitrah).
And regarding the condition of the speaker who negates the Form at one time and affirms it at another: If he is demanded to establish the evidence and prove the argument, what will be his answer?
If he says: "It had no reality, but was [merely] an illusion in the eyes of the beholders," then Allah has belied him in his statement and exposed him in his ignorance by His saying:
{ That is because Allah is the Truth, and that what they call upon other than Him is falsehood }1.
And His saying:
{Is there doubt about Allah, Creator of the heavens and earth?}2
And the saying of the Master 'Meem':
"I would not worship a Lord I do not see."
So if you say: "It is not Him in totality, nor in collection, nor in encompassment, nor in restriction," then He has alerted you and made you understand—if you possess guidance—by His saying:
{ And enter the Gate prostrating and say: 'Hittah' (Relieve us/Unburdening).}3 And enter the Gate prostrating and say: 'Hittah' (Unburdening)] upon arriving at the rank of the Veil, the Veil of Allah4. And by this knowledge and gnosis, they deserved to be called Wayfarers (Salikun), Gnostics (Arifun), and Unitarians (Muwahhidun).
