The Reality of Arrival and the Attributes of those who Arrive
Know—may Allah grant success to you and us—that in the saying of Allah there is sufficiency for he who reflects and comprehends. His saying:
{Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge - [that He is] maintaining [creation] in justice. There is no deity except Him}1. So "Allah" [here] is the Veil.
And [the Name] may be applied to the Gate when He honors him with Manifestation2. Thus, the Inward of the Gate is the Outward of the Veil; and the Inward of the Veil is the Outward of the Meaning.
"The Angels" are the People of the Ranks. "Those of Knowledge" are the scholars among the believers who upheld justice. And they knew Allah to the utmost limit of possibility, and they knew His Veil, His Gate, His Holy Ranks, and His Lights in the Inward and the Outward.
As the Master Al-Khasibi said: "In the inward of the inward are the hidden things."
Thus, their knowledge of the Holy Ranks was through pure intellects, luminous minds, and correct thought.
For that reason, they stripped [the concept of] Allah from all artifacts, and they knew Him in the stations of manifestations: with the People of Light in the Heavens, and with the People of Humanity in the human forms.
