These places and their likes are indications for the Gnostic (Arif), not for the Ignorant. The Gnostic of Allah is only called a "Believer" (Mu'min) because he has known Allah in all stations/homelands (Muwatin), thus deserving the name of Faith (Iman).
And Allah the Almighty has said: {We have not testified except to what we knew, and we were not guardians of the Unseen}1.
The witness only testifies to what he has known, understood, verified, confirmed, and scrutinized, such that the proof is established for the correctness of his claim.
Regarding the statement of the speaker—if you testify against him, or if his own soul testifies against him—that: "The Visible Form (Al-Surah al-Mar'iyya) is the Total Goal (Al-Ghaya al-Kulliyya); it is not the Totality of the Creator, nor is the Creator other than it.
