And [know] that the One encompassing him and the Whole is the Veil of Allah (Hijab Allah), who is the Active Intellect (Al-'Aql al-Fa'al) in strength, power, majesty, greatness, pride, and subtlety.

So there is no mover nor static thing except from the power of His Gate and the majesty of His Veil.

And the appearance of the Veil and the Gate for [the purpose of] definition and understanding is not possible except in a Carrying Body (Jism Hamil) and an Encompassing Light.
