O Allah, Your favors are uncountable, and Your signs are unforgotten—a favor from You upon the believers. You planted Your knowledge in their hearts and appeared to them in Your Greatest Meaning. So, Glory be to You, O Glorified One in every tongue and Praised One in every time. You are the Worshipped God. Your Station is Muḥammad the Praised (Al-Mahmud). Al-Ḥasan and Al-Ḥusayn are Your Glorious Names. ‘Alī and Muḥammad are Your High Stations. Ja‘far is Your Most Sublime Jīm. Mūsā and ‘Alī are Your ample favor. Muḥammad and ‘Alī are Your flowing power. And Al-Ḥasan is Your Greatest Name and the Most Noble Veil.
You are the Meaning of every meaning, the Lord of the Stations, the Veils, Abwab, Aytam, Nuqaba, Nujaba, the Mukhtassin, Mukhlisin and Mumtahanin, and the Lord of all creatures. He who knew You knew You, and he who denied You denied You. This is the supplication of a servant who knew You by Your Unification and acknowledged Your Lordship. Allah, Allah, the Lord of Lords, the Causer of Causes, the Originator of Clouds, and the Creator of everything and its Fashioner. There is no god but He, the Mighty, the Wise.1
